Rejuvenation, consistent manifestion, attracting a partner & 5 Tibetans

In our culture we tend to focus on looking younger, especially if we want to attract a partner. If, instead, we focus on being younger we will tend to look younger and, more importantly, we will have a lot more energy.

Having more energy allows us to do, enjoy, create and contribute more, it is fundamental to health and vitality and it may be crucial in thriving through challenging times. It may also be key in having the law of attraction work consistently, because, in order to attract what we want we have to emit an energetic signal. When what we want is specific to us, this energy signal has to be especially clear and consistent.

Attracting a partner

Attracting a partner or relationship is one such example. Generally speaking we want a partner who complements us in some ways and matches us in others. To attract such a person and relationship, we need to consistently output a strong energetic signal or frequency which includes both what we want and who we are. This can take more energy than many of us have to spare.

Additionally, we are all more attracted to people who have energy to spare so that we can have a fulfilling time together.

5 Tibetans

There are many ways to renew and upgrade our energy. The 5 Tibetans is one that can be easily learnt from a book and practised at home or ways in relatively short bursts of time energy.

Unfortunately, the man who brought the practise to England left out an important detail. The full practise is covered in an excellent book called The Jewel in the Lotus by Sunyata Saraswati and Bodhi Avinasha.

Avoid dizziness

One of the most common difficulties people have with the 5 Tibetan practise is that the spinning makes them dizzy. This was true for me, but I have recently overcome it using a technique from dancing called spotting.

Before spinning select an object in the room to ’spot’. Start with something big like one of the walls of the room, patio doors, double wardrobe or, if outside, a nearby building. Start facing this object and, as you spin away from it, keep looking at your object for as long as possible. When you have to turn your head away, spin it quickly so that you can see the object again from the other side. During that quick head spin you can also briefly close your eyes. This keeps us from seeing and tracking everything we pass. Do the same with each spin. I find that the easiest way to count is on the fast head spin.

It still helps to to use the hand movements in the book when dizziness occurs and to start with only a few, slow spins and to build up gradually, as, with or without spotting, spinning becomes easier with practise, as does building our fittness.

Developing perceptions

Greater perception is also invaluable, enabling us to know what is really going on, what is needed and to be creative and make effective choices including fine tuning. The practise of the 5 Tibetans is also a good opportunity to practise perceiving how the energy is affecting us and how that changes as we vary things like speed, time of day, location, state, focus … Start with obvious things like temperature change and overall energy, and then maybe focus on different energy centres.

Happy whirling!
